When you contact PF Studio through the website's brief form, email or WhatsApp, we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, property location and type, and any other details you choose to share about your enquiry.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and — if you go ahead — deliver and invoice the agreed shoot. We do not use this data for unrelated marketing without asking first.
Processing is based on your consent (submitting the form or messaging us) and on taking steps prior to a contract, in line with the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD.
The contact form is processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, solely to route your message to PF Studio's inbox. WhatsApp messages are subject to Meta's own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
For as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, for the period required by Spanish commercial and tax record-keeping rules — generally six years, per Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code.
